Worship Confessional #2--Sunday March 9, 2008

Wow! Today was amazing...
Here's the set:
My Savior Lives (New Life) new song this week--this one rocked!
Hosanna (Baloche)--quickly becoming a fave here
Video from Sermon Spice-The Bridge--powerful
No, Not One (Cottrell) old hymn done in new way--wow, wow! (we were suppose to sing this last week but we cut because of time--it was meant for this sunday--see below)
How Great Is Our God (Tomlin arr. G3)
Once Again (Redman)--the last line "Thank you for the cross my friend" just hit me in the midst of singing--tied back to "there's not a friend like the lowly Jesus"
Closer: I Am Thine O Lord (chorus and 1 verse)
Our God Saves and then Chorus and Bridg of MIGHTY TO SAVE--this works well together in A.

Chris From Canada said that two weeks ago his worship services were....well, you know. And then last week they were awesome. Same thing here.. two weeks ago I was really concerned about worship--and today, somebody lit the fuse under the crowd. Felt the passion of the songs and they all flowed well into the Word. A good day!

How was your Sunday? Any highs or lows?
