Cooking Out On The Fourth of July

My Father's Day gift this year was a BBQ Grill and cooker (my first since our early days of marriage).  We are enjoying it a lot and are constantly thinking of "What can we cook next?"

There's nothing like the smell of BBQ in the summer.  I can remember that was one of the rare times in my childhood when I knew that we are "going all out" when we splurged on some steak (and it usually included some homemade ice cream too) and potatoes.  It's funny how smells can instantly take you back to a time and place.  Steak on the grill does that for me.

So if you call the house and I'm unavailable, Diane has banished me to the back porch to fix supper (which I don't mind doing--- I just don't like to clean it up)
