Creative fuZion--Visuals at Cre:ate

I'm always impressed with the visuals at Cre:ate.  John Voelz leads this charge and this year I got to be behind the scene and see the genious at work.  The large translucent visual on the left is really plastic sheeting (clear) with spray paint and a template laid over it.  It's secured at the top and bottom by firring strips.  Easy, cheap and quick.  they are backlit with lights (red yesterday for communion)

John did a very beautiful visual for the communion table yesterday with books, candles, leather straps and fabric.  John says he doesn't like symmetry--and it was not "matchy matchy"-- a large Persian rug covered the floor in front of the altar yesterday.

Just some of the glimpse of the visuals here at the conference.

This post is part of Creative Fuzion over on Dorothy's site.
